Mint-White Chocolate Mousse Cake

Dark chocolate joconde sponge cake is filled to the brim with mint-white chocolate mousse; a true mint-lover's nirvana! I decided to use a chocolate transfer sheet that had been languishing in my pantry for months.  I should have used it earlier, as the pattern was a little unstable, but I still really love the results.
